Apologies to those listening on the live stream, I became rather unwell at the end, turns out the medication I've got for my shoulder is much stronger than expected, I accidently OD'ed... Not serious but too much Naproxen is not recommended, dizziness and vomiting ensued.

I'm feeling a lot better now and I've edited out the end! Sorry if I scared anyone :)
